Our Story
La Casetta De Britt Restaurant started in 2019 from a shared love for cooking and good food. Founded by Britt and her brother, a chef with years of experience in Abu Dhabi’s Italian restaurant scene, the restaurant was built on passion, creativity, and authentic flavors. Britt also pursued culinary studies to sharpen her skills further and bring fresh ideas to the business.
What started as a sole proprietorship later grew into a corporation through a partnership with Chef Cris Soberano and his wife, Judith Soberano, under CS Restaurants Corporation.
Driven by a vision of innovation and expansion, La Casetta De Britt entered a new chapter along with CS Restaurants Corporation while keeping its original vibe and concept intact. Today, the restaurant serves Italian-inspired comfort food with a Filipino twist, cozy vibes, and service that feels like home.
